CLASS DESCRIPTIONS

Pi/Yo

A combination of Pilates and Yoga, to give you the best of both practices. Pilates builds strength by focusing on core muscles while Yoga helps you stretch within your limits to gain flexibility, energy and balance. Both concentrate on proper breathing techniques to energize your everyday life.


Spin & Core

An invigorating ride on a stationary bike with awesome music and instructors along with core training for the abdominals and back. The best of both worlds!


Boot Camp

Weights, bands, balls, used to tone and sculpt all the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body along with cardiovascular moves to burn fat and increase endurance.


Zumba Fitness

Zumba Fitness is a Latin-inspired dance fitness program that blends red-hot international music and contagious steps to form a "fitness party" that is downright addictive!


Zumba Toning

Zumba toning takes all the energy and fun from Zumba Fitness and incorporates weight training as well!  Come to this class and PARTY YOURSELF INTO SHAPE!


Turbo Kick

It's a combination of intense kickboxing moves, as well as dance moves all perfectly choreographed to high energy and motivating music.  It's the ultimate cardiovascular challenge that's a unique blend of intense intervals, strength/endurance training, and a relaxing cool down.


Fitness Fusion

Combine FUN with FITNESS to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance with a combination of all the latest and greatest training techniques.  This class combines strength training, step aerobics, plyometrics, cardiovascular circuits and Pilates into ONE CLASS!  Not sure which aerobics class is right for you?  You're sure to find your niche here!


Senior Chair Yoga

This class is based on yoga created for baby boomers and seniors using standing and seated postures and excludes mat work. Senior Mat Yoga

This class is based on yoga created for baby boomers as well- just slightly more advanced than our mat class.  This class is specifically designed to regain your body's agility, mobility and range of motion for everyday living.


Silver Sneakers® MSROM (Muscular Strength & Range of Movement)

Have fun and move to the music through a varitety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement, and circulation for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
