CLASS DESCRIPTIONS
Pi/Yo
A combination of Pilates and Yoga, to give you the best of both practices. Pilates builds strength by focusing on core muscles while Yoga helps you stretch within your limits to gain flexibility, energy and balance. Both concentrate on proper breathing techniques to energize your everyday life.

Spin & Core
An invigorating ride on a stationary bike with awesome music and instructors along with core training for the abdominals and back. The best of both worlds!
Total Body
Weights, bands, balls, used to tone and sculpt all the major muscle groups of the upper and lower body along with cardiovascular moves to burn fat and increase endurance.

Kickboxing
A rigorous workout with controlled punching and kicking movements carried out with the discipline and skills required for martial arts. Increases upper body definition, lower leg strength, and improves endurance.
MMA Cardio
No matter your skill level, from beginners to the aspiring MMA fighter, come learn traditional Boxing and Muay Thai kickboxing in this fun, fast paced, heart pumping class.
* Functional Fitness PT
This is an aggressive weight loss, toning and muscularity building small group Personal Training fitness program. Movements used facilitate overall strength and endurance by utilizing redundant, weighted movements used in everyday life. This is the newest craze in physical fitness and athletic enhancement training, and requires instructors to have specialized training and certification to teach.
Silver Fox Stretch
This class is based on yoga created for baby boomers and seniors using standing and seated postures and excludes mat work. This class is specifically designed to regain your body's agility, mobility and range of motion for everyday living.
Silver Sneakers® MSROM (Muscular Strength & Range of Movement)
Have fun and move to the music through a variety of exercises designed to increase muscular strength, range of movement and circulation for daily living skills. Hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles, and a ball are offered for resistance, and a chair is used for seated and/or standing support.
Silver Sneakers® & Cardio Circuit®
Combine fun with fitness to increase your cardiovascular and muscular endurance power with a standing circuit workout. Upper body strength work with hand-held weights, elastic tubing with handles and a Silver Sneakers ball is alternated with non-impact aerobic choreography. A chair is offered for support and stretching exercises.
