Myth:  If I exercise too much during pregnancy, I will pull nutrients from my baby so he/she won't grow properly

The reality of the matter is that your baby is going to get what it needs. If anything, you'll have to dip into your own nutrient stores; but your baby's nutrient stores will be fine The way to avoid any problems for yourself is to keep your blood sugar levels balanced by eating smaller, more frequent meals (which is the best way to stay fit and keep your metabolism rolling whether you are pregnant or not). The long and the short of it: the best way to have a healthy pregnancy is to STAY FIT all nine months.
