Kickboxing, Pilates, yoga, spin, and total body are 5 of a total of 12 classes that we offer. 15% our members work 1 on 1 with a personal trainer. Group Fitness in very similar to working with a personal trainer. If you like Yoga, and you know that it is every Tuesday and Thursday ay 6:30 pm, it's the same thing as setting an appointment and scheduling with your personal trainer.
