A Marathon Not A Sprint

" A Marathon Not A Sprint"

If you have ever trained for a marathon ( 26.2 miles),  you know that you did not start your training running 26 miles the first day or the first  month for that matter.   Treat your fitness goals this way.   It does not matter if your goal time lines are 3/6/12 months.

The first step is to find a program/ routine that works for you.  Only 20% of people who exercise are on a program.   My main goal with my clients is to have there fitness routine become part of there daily routine.   It does not matter how busy you are.   We all can find 30-45 min a day or every other day in our lives.   What I have found over  the years is that the getting the membership to a gym is simple.   The next step is finding what works for you.    If you have a game-plan you will be more successful.
