Today, personal trainers must meet the mounting challenges of an aging and increasingly overweight population with a long list of special needs that include cardiovascular disease, hypertension, diabetes, metabolic syndrome and a variety or orthopedic conditions, including oteoperosis, osteoarthritis, low back issues and post-orthopedic rehabilitation.
