Well, I'm here to tell you that I signed up with Affordable Fitness a week ago, and today I wanted to go in and explore, and try out a class...except I forgot my gym pass! No problem. The staff recognized me, and not because they know I'm writing the blog. The fftruth is, they don't know...yet. I'm sure they will find out soon enough, but it's nice to be able to give you an uncompromised review. No one is being extra nice to me because they know I'm watching. Then why are they being nice? It's just the way the gym runs. It's big enough so that if you want to get lost, or go incognito, you can. However, the staff will know you when you walk in the door. I've only been there twice and even without my gym pass, I was greeted like I belonged and they knew me. I wouldn't go so far as to say they greeted me like "family" because then somebody would have had to kiss me, and no one did that--thankfully!
